Love love love this product. I have been using it for nearly 10 years now and would not want to miss it as part of my morning ritual each day. Also love that I can take it with me in travel packs.
I’ve been taking the Super Elixir daily, usually around 3pm, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference. It lifts me out of that afternoon sluggishness, my head feels clearer and I have more energy, but I also feel calmer and more peaceful. It’s quite different from the temporary boost I get from coffee — I just feel more alert, clear and well.
I mix mine in a manual shaker with lactose-free milk. I like getting some dairy into my day and the milk makes it lovely and creamy — maybe an unusual way to have it, but I enjoy it!
I should also confess I didn’t read the serving size properly and have been taking two fairly flat tablespoons instead of two teaspoons! 😂 Apparently I really like my Super Elixir. I’ve been genuinely surprised by how noticeable the difference has been for me.
