I have been taking this every morning for a month now rather than intermittently as I as for a while. It has made a big difference to my well being - in particular to my not being bloated & uncomfortable most of the time. I didn’t really believe it would work where nothing else did but it seems it’s true. I am a believer !
PS having a protein/powder blender made a difference too being able to drink it .. they are cheap but super effective (Kmart $30!)
