I am on day six of taking the super elixir. I can tell you from experience that I do notice a significant difference in my wellbeing already. This has completely changed my digestion. With perimenopause my digestion has been increasingly difficult to manage with cramps and bloating. I decided to try the super elixir in an effort to reduce these symptoms and get my digestion back to some sort of normal. I wasn't expecting much, really I was expecting it to just make it worse since everything seemed to do that these days. However I was pleasantly proven wrong. 1 glass each morning has really helped my digestion, I don't have as many cramps or bloating and everything just seems to be more regular. It also gives me a great boost of sustained energy which is fantastic. Absolutely love the product!
