I found that this had a sustaining and gradual upwards tragetory, when it comes to increased energy and less bloating. I chose the neutral flavour, so can't comment on that, but will continue to use.
This has been a life saver for me. I have recommended to my sister and friends and they also love it. Has assisted weight loss, increased energy and general feelings of wellness. I feel the effects if I run out so I know its working.
