I've been taking this (inconsistently) for about a month now, along with the protein water, and I'm feeling better all round. I chose the unflavoured option, because I generally don't like flavoured or sweetened products. The flavour isn't great and it only dissolves if I whisk the powder into liquids.
However, if I mix it into juice it's easy to take and I do feel better.
I've been taking this for about a year now. I mix this with soy milk (0% sugars) every morning - I feel my defenses are better and stomach more settled.
I have been taking the elixir for about five months now. I am loving the results and my body is more regular. I have tried other green powders and did not get any results at all. With this one, I felt it almost instantly that my body felt lighter and my digestive system is more regular. I try not to miss a day and I have tried every flavor. My favorite is lemon and ginger but all the flavors are very light and not too overpowering. After drinking it for a day or two, the taste grows on you and your body will crave all the nutrients!
A very good product that effectively supports the entire digestive system and has a positive impact on overall well-being. It also has a calming effect and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I am satisfied with the outcome.
You try these things with much hope and soon get disappointed. However….not with this elixir. My energy is so noticeable but it is a calm prolonged energy and clarity. I will not stop taking this. I take mine with coconut water and either fresh squeezed grapefruit or orange. I like the taste.
