I admite, I was sceptical at first but 2 months in and I feel a new energy and ease. I have stoped waking up at 2am, I feel happier and I can see the result on my skin (healthy glow) nails (stronger) and hair (less frizzy and dull). The fact that it tased good (especially the chocolate) and is easy to incorporate in everyday life is just a bonus.
I started taking this about 2 months ago and since have noticed improvement in my hair growth, my nails feel stronger and grow faster and my overall brain fog and mode have vastly improved. I take this every day and I feel more energetic no afternoon crash and have been falling asleep quickly at night. I just noticed that after taking this for a month I just felt over all better - and that sold me! So now I am subscribing monthly and very happy with the overall result. I initially had the pineapple flavor and that wasn’t my favorite now I have the unflavored which is very much like a green tea taste but I put it in a smoothie every morning and can’t taste it at all.
I’ve been taking this product for several months now. It tastes great, it’s easy to drink. I look forward to drinking it every morning. Since taking it my hair is shiny, thick and healthy. My skin is glowy. I will always continue with this drink.
