Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage. 

WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch alongside good plant fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds, or olive oil, to assist with the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins.
