Discovering your zen and finding your focus can be as simple as taking two capsules with food. As these formulas activate opposing states, it is recommended they are not used simultaneously.
The Calm Elixir:

Recommended adult dosage: two capsules daily with food. We recommend taking the capsules with breakfast or lunch however, they can be taken at any time of the day that suits your routine.

Thought I'd give The Calm Elixir a go as I've tried everthing else to help me sleep. I didn't have high expectations but this works!! I fall asleep easily and if I happen to have the dreaded 3am wake up I fall back to sleep quickly - truely a game changer.
