HOW TO USE

Directions for adults: Take two capsules daily with water and food. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content. WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch due to the B vitamins in the formula, which could disrupt sleep if taken too late. 

IMPORTANT

  1. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
  2. This product is not suitable for use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
  3. If you are taking any medication or have an existing health condition you must consult your doctor before using this product.
  4. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do WelleCo products contain Vitamin B6?
WelleCo products do contain Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) which is a vital water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin B6 supports various functions within the body. When taken as directed most people experience no adverse effects. Like with many ingredients if excessively consumed they can have potential side effects in some people.

In some individuals when consumed in high amounts Vitamin B6 has been linked to side effects such as numbness, burning or tingling in the hands and feet. These symptoms can also be experienced when deficient in Vitamin B6. If any of these side effects are experienced, please contact your Primary Healthcare Professional.

We recommend looking at the supplements you're taking and ensuring that the total daily amount you are consuming is right for you.     Did not achieve expected results

    Bit the bullet and paid a fair bit of money for the super skin pack after reading other reviews.

    Been taking the the powder and capsules daily for almost a month now, but no visible improvement to my skin or my general well being - I bought this package deal as I am constantly tired and have dry skin problems.

    However, I was pleasantly surprised as it tasted not too bad compared to a wheat grass product that I tried a few years back.

    Perhaps I should have tried it for a longer period of time, but I cannot risk losing yet more money on a quite expensive product.

    I had high expectations for this product and was quite disappointed.

    Hopefully others will get much better results than me.
