A fun, fruity way to boost your protein intake – these Watermelon High Protein Gummies are the perfect summer snack, made with The HydroProtein Elixir.
 
Ingredients:
  • Watermelon pieces for blending to make 1 cup of juice⁠
  • 3 tsp TheHydroProtein Elixir
  • 1/4 cup of gelatin⁠
  • 1/2 cup of water⁠
 

 

Method:

1. Combine gelatin and water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.⁠
2. Blend your watermelon pieces and strain to make 1 cup of juice.⁠
3. Boil watermelon juice. Set aside and add protein water and gelatin. Mix until dissolved and smooth.⁠
4. Pour into desired shape of mouse and store in the fridge. Give it 2 hours to set.⁠
