These Protein Chia Gummies by our WelleCommunity member combine the antioxidant power of berries with the hydration support of The HydroProtein Elixir. Infused with plant protein and set with gut-loving gelatin, they’re the perfect grab and go snack to support your glow from the inside out.
Make Welle:

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup water

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup gelatin

1 scoop The HydroProtein Elixir

1/2 cup water (for mixing The protein water)
Method:
1. In a saucepan, boil the frozen blueberries, 1 cup of water and chia seeds. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until seeds begin to gel and the blueberries break down slightly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. In a seperate bowl, mix The HydroProtein Elixir with 1/2 cup of water and gelatin until fully dissolved.
3. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the protein mixture and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Combine the slightly cooled blueberry mixture with the protein-gelatin mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Pour into moulds of your choice and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
