Hydroprotein Infused Tea Cooler

This refreshing tea cooler combines fruity berries, delicate tea, and The HydroProtein Elixir for a light yet hydrating pick-me-up. Perfect for warm afternoons, post-workout hydration, or an elevated wellness drink.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 scoop The HydroProtein Elixir – Pomegranate & Blackberry

  • 1 cup brewed white tea or hibiscus tea (cooled)

  • ½ cup sparkling water (optional for fizz)

  • 2 tbsp blackberries or mixed berries 

  • 1 tsp honey 

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: fresh mint + extra pomegranate seeds

Method:

Cold Brew Tea:

  • In a jar or pitcher, add tea leaves and cold water.

  • Refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours) for a smooth, mellow flavor.

  • Strain tea leaves in the morning.

Infuse & Mix:

  • In a large jar or shaker, combine the cold-brewed tea, The HydroProtein Elixir, and sweetener. Shake until smooth.

  • Add fresh blackberries or mixed berries and gently muddle for extra flavor.

Serve:

  • Pour over ice.

  • Top with sparkling water for a light fizz (optional).

  • Garnish with mint and pomegranate seeds.
