Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 serving WelleCo Collagen Elixir
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • Toppings: ½ banana (sliced), a handful of granola, pinch of cinnamon

 

Method:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, collagen powder, and honey.
  2. Stir well, ensuring everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
