Choc Chip Cookie Dough Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup WelleCo Nourishing Protein in Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp WelleCo The Collagen Elixir 
  • 1 tbsp honey


Fold in

  • 1/4 cup dark choc chips


Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together (except choc chips) until a sticky cookie dough consistency forms. 
  2. Fold in choc chips and mix well.
  3. Pour into mini silicone muffin moulds and pop into the fridge or freezer to set. 
  4. Devour! Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
