So, I have found that taking the nourishing protein with milk before I go to bed is something which I really look forward too. Maybe unconsciously it's like a naughty pleasure. At an age when chocolate before bed would be discouraged, I am finding the opposite effect. I sleep like a baby. Being not too sweet, it goes down like a treat.
