Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 serving vanilla nourishing protein
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
To Top
- Greek yoghurt
- Frozen berries
- Maple syrup
Method

Add all ingredients into a blender until a pancake-like consistency forms.

Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.

Add 1 tbsp butter to a large fry pan and pour in your batter, making pancake shapes. Flip once bubbles begin to form.

Top with greek yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey/maple syrup.
