Managing Director Naturex – Specialist in plant-based natural ingredient sourcing
Christine is the Managing Director NATUREX Australia, the global leader in botanical extracts and functional ingredients sourced from nature for the food, nutrition and personal care markets, a position she has held for 12 years. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science, Food and Nutrition Degree, Christine is a passionate advocate of good nutrition naturally sourced. Within her role at Naturex, Christine travels extensively and is actively involved in bringing the world’s best ethically and sustainably plant sourced ingredients to industry, further providing technical support to ensure the integrity of ingredient and product formulations are highly efficacious.
Prior to joining NATUREX Christine worked in a range of technical – research and development and innovation, operations and quality management roles across functional food and nutrition ingredient manufacturers.
Christine is a Professional 25yr Member of AIFST (Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology), a Professional Member and Graduate of AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors), a passionate member of the CMA (Complimentary Medicines Australia) and Board Member (non-executive) of the Government and Industry joint funded CRC (Cooperative Research Centre) Fight Food Waste.

David Wilkinson has a degree in pharmacology and is also a qualified pharmacist. He has a passion for natural medicines, an area in which he’s been working for 15 years. David has extensive experience as a regulatory specialist under Australia’s TGA and other world authorities for several leading Australian brands. Most recently as Technical Manager at Swisse, he formulated a number of products that have gone on to become market leaders. David is a director of product innovation business Aurelion and natural product consultants Regulatory Results.

Federica Nicolao, (Fed), has had a series of successful executive roles at senior operations, procurement and retail level throughout her career. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer at The Foundry, private equity fund partnering with passionate founders who have a premium offering in the health and wellness space, Federica works with numerous brands to strategically improve their supply chain, product development, sourcing and sustainability.

Scientific Formulator + Nutritional Doctor
Dr Simoné is a nutritional therapist, naturopath and life coach and has been treating patients for over 20 years. Simoné holds a bachelor degree in science and nutrition, has a masters degree in naturopathy and nutrition and has a PhD in Oxidative Stress. Simoné is completing another master's degree at the moment in the gut microbiome. Her areas of speciality include obesity, metabolic re-setting, eating disorders, diabetes, gut disorders, depression, hormonal regulation and immune-related illnesses, such as cancer. Simoné has created her own unique protocols that focus on diet and whole food supplementation that addresses nutritional deficiencies, digestion and absorption weakness, hormonal imbalances, emotional triggers of eating, movement and stress management. Simoné spent most of her career in London and has clinics on Harley Street in the UK and UAE

Sandy McGie Honey
Head of WelleCo Foundation
Sandy has many years of experience organising philanthropic and fundraising events and art exhibitions, including Art In Bloom at the Art Gallery of WA (AGWA).
She is also a council member of the AGWA Foundation, and is the chair of ART BALL , the gallery's annual flagship gala.
Sandy is the co-founder and current co-chair of the White Swans, an innovative and highly successful private giving circle at the Black Swan State Theatre Company.
In her position as co- founder and a committee member of Empowering Women, she is behind a new initiative to promote women within the Liberal Party of WA.
Sandy is also a committee member of Snowdome WA which raises funds for the treatment of Lymphoma, and a fundraiser and organiser for the Kimberley Rock Art Foundation.

Plant-based chef + Healthy living coach + Owner of Not-for-profit Finca Santa Marta
Adam’s passion and appreciation for cooking arose from his love for extreme sports. Having participated in many tests of physical and mental endurance he quickly realized the impact a healthy and well balanced diet played on his overall performance. Adam began to study various aspects of plant-based diets, holistic remedies, and culinary techniques from around the world.
Through his own experiences, Adam is able to personalize diet and training regiments that will best support your physical and dietary aspirations.
Working as a private chef & healthy living coach in New York City, Adam divides his time between his clients and Nicaragua where he has founded a non-profit organic fruit farm (Finca Santa Marta.) He now spends his spare time trail running in Central park and finding serenity in the waves of Long Island.
“Through the use of organic, farm-to-table ingredients, I hope to inspire many to reconsider their current eating habits and direct them toward a more sustainable lifestyle. I believe that conscious eating is the key to living a more healthy and vibrant co-existence with Mother Nature.”
