World Nutella Day may have been yesterday, but we are still celebrating with our own version - (better than) Nutella.

(better than) Nutella

Makes 1 jar

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop WelleCo NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN Peruvian Chocolate
  • 1 cup hazelnuts roasted
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • Sea salt

Method

  • Place nuts in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Combine with WelleCo NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN, cacao powder, brown rice syrup, vanilla and 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
  • Whizz up all ingredients. It will be a little thick, so add in rest of coconut oil as required and whizz until smooth.
  • Stir in pinch of sea salt to taste.
  • Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
