Eat more fish, less animals, and loads of greens, plus vegetables from the colour of the rainbow. Keep weekdays clean and save indulging for the weekends.
1. Wake up, add lemon, mint, cucumber and cayenne pepper (if you can handle it) to 500ml of filtered water and drink to flush and cleanse your body

Why interval training is crucial to hormone balance
Interval training according to Dr. Laubscher:
“A workout sprinkled with beautiful bursts of intensity has a much better effect on your hormones, on your endorphins and your metabolism.’’
High intensity training results in stronger vasodilation (or widening of the blood vessels due to your heart beating faster). This allows your body to process carbohydrates much better, releasing small ripples of energy through the day rather than severe spikes of highs and lows that usually end in grabbing the closest chocolate bar.
All it takes is a session in the park with a combination of 2min X running, 2min walking for 30 minutes. Try it!
